Enjoy culinary highlights grown on our farm. Our meat and dairy products, for example, come from regionally reared animals which graze on lush meadows and therefore only produce milk of the finest quality. We then make this into butter, cheese, cheese curd and yoghurt, using expertise which has been passed down through the generations – all part of our recipe of success!
See for yourself and try our fruit spirits. During the distilling process, we ensure that only the highest quality fruits are used. These are harvested from our own fruit garden right on our doorstep.
We also produce our own farmhouse bread, bacon and apple juice.
